Refund policy
We hope you love your Lua Body pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer store credits and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Returned in their original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at admin@luabody.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out — we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@luabody.com.au so we can make it right. Kindly include clear photos of the item and packaging for our team to assess.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimates and personal care items (unless faulty)
If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us before purchasing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the outcome. If approved, a store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at admin@luabody.com.au
Please note: refunds will only be applicable for faulty items.
